- Food Matters examines how the food we eat can help or hurt our health. Nutritionists, naturopaths, doctors, and journalists weigh in on such topics as organic food, food safety, raw foodism, and nutritional therapy.
- This programme starts by taking a look at the historical changes to farming techniques. It then takes a closer look through a range of case studies at larger scale intensive crop farming, at small scale intensive horticulture and at factory farming techniques in animal production.
